The exhibition panels will follow the same curatorial layout as our previous show FACES (a tribute to Maurizio Galimberti): large self-standing structures, fully branded with the official The Vogue Affair logos, measuring 200 × 150 cm (2 m in height × 1.5 m in width).

Each panel will feature six photographic works by different authors, each presented in a 50 × 70 cm format (portrait or landscape) or 3:2 ratio (either portrait or landscape)

, accompanied by:

• the title and caption of the work;

• a technical and artistic analysis;

• the author's credits and purchase information.

The result is a more coherent, elegant, and museum-like display, designed to enhance every author within a shared visual context, ensuring both strong scenic impact and a consistent brand presence.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE?

Participation in The Vogue Affair requires a €150 fee.

The participation fee is required only in case of selection.
If your work is not selected, no payment is due. 

The fee includes:

• Printing of the selected photograph on a high-resolution sandwich panel, ensuring exceptional visual quality and professional exhibition standards.

• Each selected photograph will be accompanied by a technical and artistic analysis presented alongside the exhibited work.
  The analysis will be curated by TheStreetSoup's curatorial team. 
• 1-day exhibition on the rooftop of Hotel Cavalieri (17 January 2026)
• Personal event poster for social media
• The opportunity to have your photograph published in the official printed catalog of the exhibition (an exclusive catalog, specially edited for each edition, destined to become a collectible item for photography enthusiasts and collectors). The catalogue will be distributed free of charge to all the participants and visitors.
  
• Promotion of each participant on the official website of The Vogue Affair and on TheStreetSoup's social media channels. 
• The event will also be featured in the national newspaper La Repubblica and other major media outlets. 

Each exhibited photograph, at the discretion of the participating photographer, may be offered for sale.
TheStreetSoup will not handle the sales process nor retain any commission.
All negotiations will take place directly between the photographer and the potential buyer.
Each work will include a caption with the photographer's contact details, allowing interested collectors to reach out directly.

The presence of participants at the exhibition is appreciated but not mandatory. All selected projects will be regularly exhibited and promoted, even in the absence of the author. 

Where Glamour Meets the Sky. 

The event will take place on the rooftop of Hotel dei Cavalieri in Milan, one of the city's most prestigious terraces, offering a breathtaking view of the Milan skyline.
The terrace, covered and fully heated, ensures maximum comfort for guests regardless of the weather.
Throughout the day, it will be entirely reserved for the event, hosting critics, collectors, fashion professionals, VIP guests, and members of the press.
The evening will conclude with an exclusive DJ set and a glamorous sunset aperitivo.

At the end of the event, each participating photographer will be entitled to:

• a personal print of their work in 50×70 cm format, provided as an artist's copy and keepsake of the exhibition, signed by the event's special guest photographer — an international icon of contemporary photography;

• a complimentary copy of the official exhibition catalog, delivered during the event;

• an official certificate of participation, personally signed by TheStreetSoup Gallery and our partner Nikon.

Both the print and the catalog may be collected free of charge on-site during the day of the event.

If the photographer is not present, they may request the shipment of their print, catalog, and certificate.
TheStreetSoup Gallery will arrange the shipment upon written request; however, all packaging and shipping costs (domestic or international) shall be borne by the photographer.
